Learning Support Assistant (SEN)

Learning Support Assistant

We are looking to appoint an LSA to work in a variety of positions including class support, running groups and 1:1 sessions for children with additional needs. 

Experience of working in a primary school is desirable, however, we also welcome applications from recent school leavers.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be keen to learn new skills and have a strong teamwork ethic. 

Actual Salary £13,307 to £14,725 inclusive per annum (Level 3 SCP 14-18 £17,673 to £18,962 pro rata), working term time plus Inset days, Monday to Friday, 32.5 hours per week.

    Successful applicants will be qualified accountants or be qualified by relevant experience within a comparable organisation (e.g. school, college, business charity).
